Before opportunities are accepted
Company participation requires approved business credentials. The owner or responsible franchise payer must complete MFA, accept the current agreement, and authorize ACH before a commission-bearing opportunity can be accepted.

The signed contract, eligible-value exclusions, agreement version, 5% rate, $25,000 cap, billing entity, credits, waivers, payment attempts, and later amendments remain in an auditable ledger.
